Cancellation Policy
CANCELATIONS/RESCHEDULING Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the schedule that could have been filled by another client. I require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes. clients who fail to provide sufficient notice or do not show up will be charged as follows: • Cancellations under 48hr notice: 25% of the service fee • Cancellations under 24hr notice: 50% of the service fee • No-call/ no- show: 100% of the service fee (base price) • After the 3rd cancellation and/or no-call/ no-show the client will no longer be able to book online. LATE TO APPOINTMENT • I allow a 15 minutes grace period if you're running late to your appointment(with communication from client.) if running late, we will have stick to something more simple . Anything over 15 minutes will be considerd a No-call/no-show
