Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the schedule that could have been filled by another client. I require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes. clients who fail to provide sufficient notice or do not show up will be charged as follows: • Cancellations under 24hr notice: 50% of the service fee • No-call/ no- show: 100% of the service fee (base price) • After the 3rd cancellation and/or no-call/ no-show the client will no longer be able to book online. I understand that unexpected situations arise, and I will take circumstances into consideration. thank you for your understanding and respect for my time! Late To Appointment • 10 min late to your appointment will result in a $5 late fee • 20 min late to your appointment will result in a $10 late fee • anything over 25 min late, your appointment will be canceled and the no show fee will be applied
